In this project I worked in an agile team in sprints. My role was a UX-designer and a product owner. I divided the customer demands from a specification of requirements into epics, user stories and smaller tasks. I then proceeded to prioritize the backlogg together with the customer and the project leader.
I developed wireframes and user flows from user stories. The wireframes and user flows were demonstrated to lead developer and architect and when approved to the customer for final approval. After approval the wireframes and user flows were demonstrated for the whole team and handed off to developers for implementation.
As the product were primarily for mobile usage a majority of the wireframes are made for phones. The views for administrators to manage large amount of content were also made for desktop views.
